Submit health requirements (PPD and MMR #1&2 shot records). PPD skin test result must be updated within 6 months prior to intended start term and the Medical History Form. Contact the Student Health Services Office at uogstudenthealth@triton.mycanvas.each-home.net for more information.
Submit proof of residency to qualify for resident tuition rate (refer to Residency Policy CY 2021-2022)

Non-degree students please complete a Registration Form and submit to Admissions & Records Office for processing. Photo ID is required for all registration transactions.
